new jersey and out in northern virginia. it is not a rainmaker, just producing some clouds. the temperatures have not started to fall yet. it was a gorgeous day today. a southwesterly breeze drove the temperatures to 76 at the airport, 79 at the inner harbor. once the front passes to the south, the winds become more northerly. that will help to drop the temperature is a little bit, but even tomorrow will be above the average temperature. here is a look at high temperatures at the airport last week and what we are forecasting for the week ahead. we were way above normal last week. on average, we will be above normal in the coming week as well, although closer to the normal line. we are monitoring things a little bit, taking the temperatures down from these extremes that were up in the record category. it looks like even in the coming week we will maintain a slightly above average reading. 57 then randallstown, 57 in white marsh. even though the winds are beginning to turn normally, temperatures have not started to fall much yet. pittsburg is down to 57 and buffalo is down to 47.

west virginia at saw little sun break through the cloud cover. the showers will move off the coast, but some of will form overnight. this little area of low pressure will get out of here tomorrow, and high pressure will try to fill in behind it. if there is any little bit of leftover moisture, the front may trigger an isolated shower tomorrow afternoon. most areas stay dry, but we have to factor in the possibility that a couple of isolated thunderstorms may pop up. off to the west, a stronger system is working its way through the rockies. that will impact our weather in the upcoming weekend. the futurecast shows the clearing skies in the morning tomorrow, and then isolated showers in the afternoon, especially at western maryland. it looks like it was a dry friday, and then that western storm starts to crowd in, with rain likely by saturday afternoon, leading into sunday and maybe the early part of next week. the sun will push temperatures soared 70. it is 7 with scattered showers at the creek tomorrow. a chance for the isolated shower around the bay, and temperatures right around 7

miners in west virginia. plus, a little boy >> the search for the four miners in west virginia has stalled again, this time over a fear of fire and explosion. it is another setback in the miners saying since monday. before being sent back this final time, crews did find one at refuge chamber, but it was empty. they are using cameras to inspect another one. a 7-year-old boy was abandoned by his mother and sent on a flight to moscow. he had an english note attached to him. the mother said that she could not handle the boy and had to send him back. according to his adoptive grandfather, he was violent. -- adopt a grandmother, he was violent. the incident has prompted local authorities to ask how the 7- year-old was able to get on a plane by himself. still to come, we will tell you how life is being made easier for those w >> toyota executives thinking of local dealers for helping them rebound from millions of recalls. toyota executives withheld information about accelerator problems. the company faces a $16 million fine for the cover-up. despite the bad news, tokyo that stands by the
